Fast-cure coatings
Polyaspartic Floor Coating in Toronto
Polyaspartic coatings cure in hours instead of days, so floors are back in use much faster. They are UV-stable, flexible and resistant to road salt, which makes them a strong choice for Toronto garages, showrooms and spaces that cannot stay closed.
Polyaspartic at a glance
Back in service the next day
Where fast-cure polyaspartic pays for itself, and where a thicker epoxy is the better buy. Read polyaspartic vs epoxy.
Hours, not days
Many systems take foot traffic within hours and light vehicles the next day, so stores, showrooms and garages barely close.
Cold-weather installs
Polyaspartics cure at lower temperatures than most epoxies, which helps in Ontario winters and unheated spaces.
UV and abrasion resistant
Colour-stable in sunlight and hard-wearing, often used as a clear topcoat over flake floors.
Prep matters more
Fast cure leaves no room for error, so every slab is diamond-ground and moisture-tested first. See floor preparation.
Polyaspartic vs epoxy
Faster, tougher, but priced higher
Polyaspartic takes foot traffic in hours rather than about a day, won’t yellow in sunlight, and installs across a wider temperature range. Epoxy costs less and builds thickness faster. Many systems use an epoxy base with a polyaspartic topcoat.
Back in use fast
Foot traffic in hours, so many floors are done in a single day or a weekend.
Won’t yellow
UV-stable for showrooms, entrances and garages with large doors or windows.
Salt & tire resistant
Stands up to road salt, slush and hot-tire pickup through a Toronto winter.
Flake or solid
Decorative flake blends or solid colours, with grip added for wet areas.
Garages & showrooms
Built for a Toronto winter
Garages and service bays take salt, slush and hot tires all season. Polyaspartic stays flexible in the cold, resists salt staining and cleans with a hose and squeegee.
For homeowners, we install flake polyaspartic garage floors that are ready to walk on the same day.
