Commercial & industrial flooring services
Commercial Flooring Services in Toronto & the GTA
Hardbond specifies, preps and installs every major commercial floor system with its own crew: epoxy, polyurethane and polyaspartic coatings, heavy-duty urethane cement, ESD floors and polished concrete, plus the joint filling, line striping and repairs that keep a floor working. One crew, one written spec, one warranty.
Floor coatings & polished concrete
Every system, specified for how your floor is used
Every quote names the exact system, thickness and prep method in writing, so you can compare contractors line by line.
Epoxy floor coatings
Seamless, chemical-resistant and easy to clean. The standard for warehouses, plants, labs and back-of-house areas.
Polyurethane coatings
Flexible, UV-stable and highly abrasion-resistant. A topcoat over epoxy, or a full system for clinics, showrooms and food areas.
Polished & sealed concrete
Your existing slab, diamond-ground, densified and polished, or sealed to stop dusting. Low maintenance for warehouses, retail and offices.
Polyaspartic coatings
Cures in hours instead of days and stays colour-stable in sunlight. Back in service the next day for retail, garages and loading areas.
Specialty systems, prep & repair
Heavy-duty systems, prep and safety work
Specialty floors for harsh environments, plus the services that keep any floor working: floor prep & grinding, concrete floor repair and epoxy repair & recoating.
Urethane cement
For food plants and commercial kitchens: handles hot washdowns, thermal shock and aggressive chemicals.
ESD / anti-static floors
Static-control floors for electronics assembly, data rooms and labs, tested for resistance on handover.
Concrete joint filling
Control joints filled with semi-rigid polyurea so forklift wheels stop chipping the edges.
Line striping & safety marking
Forklift lanes, walkways, staging zones and hazard areas, in durable epoxy or polyurea paint.

Questions
Before you call
Straight answers to what facility managers ask us most.
-
It depends on traffic, chemicals, temperature and how much downtime you can allow. Forklift traffic and dusting usually point to polished concrete or epoxy, hot washdowns to urethane cement, fast turnarounds to polyaspartic, and electronics to ESD. We recommend a system after a free site assessment and moisture test.
-
Yes. Large floors are phased in sections, with night and weekend installs, so shipping, production or service keeps running while we work.
-
Yes. Every system starts with diamond grinding or shot blasting, crack and joint repair and moisture testing by our own crew. Poor prep is the main reason coatings fail, so we never subcontract it.
-
Yes. Joint filling, line striping, crack repair and recoats can be added to any flooring project or booked on their own.
