Metallic epoxy
Metallic Epoxy Flooring in Toronto
Metallic epoxy turns a concrete slab into a seamless, marbled floor with real depth, the kind of finish people stop to look at. Hardbond installs metallic epoxy for showrooms, lobbies, offices, retail stores, clinics, restaurants and custom homes across Toronto and the GTA, on commercial-grade prep so it lasts as well as it looks.
Where it works best
Spaces made for a metallic floor
Metallic epoxy turns a slab into a feature. It suits spaces where the floor is part of the brand.
Showrooms & dealers
Deep, glossy floors that make products stand out. See retail & showrooms.
Salons & clinics
Seamless, cleanable floors with a premium look. See clinics.
Restaurants & bars
Front-of-house floors that start conversations, with anti-slip grit where needed.
Homes & offices
Basements, lofts and boardrooms. See residential or compare flake.
Why metallic
A one-of-a-kind floor that wears like a coating
No two metallic floors look the same. Pigments move through the resin as it is placed, creating marbling, swirls and depth that tile and vinyl cannot match.
Custom colours
From silver and charcoal to copper, pearl and brand colours, blended on site to your sample.
Seamless & easy to clean
One continuous surface with no grout lines, so spills and dirt wipe straight off.
Tough, clear topcoat
Finished with a scratch-resistant urethane or polyaspartic topcoat in gloss or satin, matched to the traffic.
Commercial & residential
Showrooms, lobbies, salons, offices and restaurants, plus basements, garages and feature floors in custom homes.
Getting it right
Metallic floors depend on the installer
Metallic epoxy shows every flaw underneath it, so the slab is diamond-ground, cracks are repaired and moisture is tested before the first coat. We show you colour samples and agree on the look before installation. For a textured, slip-resistant decorative option, see flake flooring; for homes, see residential floors.

Questions
Before you call
Straight answers to what facility managers ask us most.
-
Commercial epoxy starts at $2.75 per sq ft and concrete polishing at $2.50 per sq ft, with standard surface preparation included. Final pricing depends on the system, slab condition and size of the area, and extensive repairs are quoted separately. Every quote is fixed and in writing after a free site assessment.
-
Yes. We phase large floors in sections and schedule nights and weekends so your team keeps working.
-
Yes, when it is installed over a properly prepared slab and finished with a tough topcoat. We specify the topcoat for the traffic the space gets, from a home basement to a busy showroom.
-
A high-gloss finish can be slippery when wet. For entrances, kitchens and wet areas we add a fine anti-slip additive to the topcoat or recommend a satin finish.

Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham and Oakville. Larger projects elsewhere in Ontario are quoted case by case.
