A floor is only as good as the contractor standing behind it. Every Hardbond commercial floor comes with a 3-year written warranty, stated in your contract before work starts, backed by $5 million liability insurance and active WSIB coverage.
What the warranty covers

Every commercial install comes with a 3-year written warranty. Here is what that means in practice.
Delamination
If the coating lifts or peels from properly prepared concrete, we fix it. That is why we grind and prep every slab.
Workmanship defects
Installation flaws like bubbles, pinholes or poor bond at seams are covered. See repair & recoating.
What is not covered
Normal wear, impact damage, chemicals outside the spec, and moisture problems the client declined to test for. See moisture.

What it means for you
In writing, before we start
Your proposal names the exact system, thickness, preparation method and schedule, and the warranty terms are written into the contract. There is nothing to interpret after the fact.
Workmanship covered
Our installation work on your floor system is covered for three years from completion, as set out in your written terms.

Commercial epoxy starts at $2.75 per sq ft and concrete polishing at $2.50 per sq ft, with standard surface preparation included. Final pricing depends on the system, slab condition and size of the area, and extensive repairs are quoted separately. Every quote is fixed and in writing after a free site assessment.

Yes. We phase large floors in sections and schedule nights and weekends so your team keeps working.
