Dealership & Auto Shop Flooring in Toronto
Showrooms need a floor that sells the car. Service bays need one that survives hot tires, oil, brake fluid and a Toronto winter of road salt. Hardbond installs high-gloss epoxy, polyurethane and polyaspartic systems for both, scheduled around your sales and service hours.
Zone by zone
Showroom shine, service-bay toughness
A dealership needs a floor that sells cars up front and survives lifts, fluids and salt in the back. Recent work: a 6,000 sq ft epoxy floor for Sigma Cars in Vaughan.
Showroom
High-gloss epoxy or metallic epoxy with a UV-stable topcoat that shows off vehicles.
Service bays
Thick, chemical-resistant systems that resist hot-tire pickup, oil, brake fluid and dropped tools.
Detailing & wash bays
Textured, slip-resistant finishes for constant water and soap.
Parts & storage
Durable, low-cost sealed or polished concrete.
What automotive floors need
Showroom shine, service bay toughness
We usually specify different systems for the showroom and the shop, then match colours so the building looks consistent.
Hot-tire resistant
Topcoats that stop hot tires from lifting or staining the floor, the most common failure in cheap garage coatings.
Fluid & salt resistant
Resists oil, coolant, brake fluid, windshield washer and road salt, and cleans with a squeegee.
Showroom gloss
High-gloss, UV-stable finishes, including metallic and brand colours, that stay sharp under showroom lights.
Bay marking
Lift zones, walkways, customer areas and hazard lines built into the coating.
Open for business
Installed around your sales and service hours
We phase showrooms and service bays over nights and weekends, and use fast-cure polyaspartic topcoats where you need the floor back the next morning.
Each phase, colour and return-to-service time is in your written schedule before we start.

Commercial epoxy starts at $2.75 per sq ft and concrete polishing at $2.50 per sq ft, with standard surface preparation included. Yes. We phase large floors in sections and schedule nights and weekends so your team keeps working.

Hot-tire pickup happens when a soft or thin coating softens under a hot tire. We use high-build epoxy with polyurethane or polyaspartic topcoats rated for vehicle traffic to prevent it.
