Floor repair
Commercial Concrete Floor Repair in Toronto
Cracks, spalled joints and potholes slow forklifts, damage wheels and create trip hazards. Hardbond repairs damaged commercial concrete with fast-cure materials, so most areas reopen the same day, and can finish the repaired floor with a coating or polish.
Repair at a glance
Which repair does your floor need?
How we match the repair to the damage, so you pay for a fix that lasts rather than a patch that pops out.
Hairline cracks
Routed and filled with epoxy or polyurea so they stop spreading and stop catching wheels.
Moving cracks & joints
Filled with flexible or semi-rigid material that moves with the slab. See joint filling.
Spalls & potholes
Saw-cut to sound concrete and rebuilt with high-strength repair mortar, usually back in use the same day.
Worn, pitted slabs
Resurfaced with a topping, then finished with epoxy or polish. Prep details on our floor preparation page.
What we repair
Fix the damage before it spreads
Small cracks and broken joint edges grow every time a wheel hits them. Early repairs cost a fraction of replacing the slab.

Spalls & potholes
Broken areas saw-cut back to sound concrete and rebuilt with high-strength repair mortar.
Resurfacing
Worn, pitted slabs resurfaced with a self-levelling or trowel-applied topping to bring the floor back to flat.
Fast return to service
Rapid-cure materials mean most repairs can take forklift traffic within hours.
Repair + finish
Repair now, coat or polish after
Repairs can be done on their own as maintenance, or as the first step before an epoxy coating or polished concrete, so the finished floor is flat and seamless. Broken control joints are handled with joint filling.
