Healthcare & clinics
Medical & Clinic Flooring in Toronto
Clinics need floors with no seams to trap bacteria, that survive daily disinfectants and rolling equipment, and that look as polished as the care you provide. Hardbond installs seamless polyurethane and epoxy floors for medical, dental and cosmetic surgery clinics, from procedure rooms to patient areas.
Room by room
Clinic floors, matched to each space
Procedure rooms, waiting areas and washrooms each need a different balance of hygiene, comfort and looks.
Procedure & treatment rooms
Seamless polyurethane with integral cove base, easy to disinfect between patients.
Washrooms & sterilization
Slip-resistant, waterproof floors that handle water and cleaning chemicals.
Labs & storage
Chemical-resistant and, where needed, ESD floors for equipment rooms. See lab flooring.
Why seamless
Hygienic floors that are easy to keep clean
Tile grout and vinyl seams hold dirt and moisture. A resin floor is one continuous surface that can be cleaned and disinfected in minutes.
Seamless & non-porous
No grout lines or seams, with optional integral cove base up the wall so corners clean easily.
Disinfectant-resistant
Polyurethane topcoats stand up to the cleaners and disinfectants used in clinical settings.
Built for equipment
Handles rolling carts, chairs and medical equipment without denting or scuffing.
Clean, modern finish
Solid colours or subtle flake finishes in satin or gloss, with slip resistance where it is needed.
Featured project
15,000 sq ft plastic surgery clinic, Santo Domingo
In 2026 Hardbond installed a seamless polyurethane floor throughout a 15,000 sq ft plastic surgery clinic in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Closer to home, we phase clinic floors room by room and work evenings and weekends, with low-odour systems available, so appointments keep running. See our polyurethane floor coating and pharma and lab flooring pages for related systems.

Commercial epoxy starts at $2.75 per sq ft and concrete polishing at $2.50 per sq ft, with standard surface preparation included. Final pricing depends on the system, slab condition and size of the area, and extensive repairs are quoted separately. Every quote is fixed and in writing after a free site assessment.

Yes. We phase large floors in sections and schedule nights and weekends so your team keeps working.
-
Both work. Epoxy builds a strong, thick base, and a polyurethane topcoat adds better scratch, chemical and UV resistance. Most clinic floors use an epoxy base with a polyurethane top, or a full polyurethane system.
