Safety marking
Warehouse Line Striping & Floor Marking in Toronto
Clear floor marking keeps forklifts and people apart, speeds up picking and makes safety audits easier. Hardbond lays out and installs durable epoxy and polyurea line striping for warehouses, plants and distribution centres, on new floors or existing ones.
Line striping at a glance
Marking that lasts as long as the floor
Painted lines on bare concrete wear off in months. Resin striping bonds to the slab or coating and keeps lanes visible for years.
Forklift lanes
Yellow or white lanes and turning zones, sized to your equipment and racking layout.
Pedestrian walkways
Marked routes and crossings that separate people from vehicles, with slip-resistant texture where needed.
Hazard & keep-clear zones
Striped zones around panels, eyewash stations, fire equipment and dock edges.
What we mark
A floor plan your team can follow
We work from your layout or help you plan one, using the colours your safety program already uses.
Heat resistant
Urethane cement handles boiling water, fryers and steam cleaning without cracking.
Drains & slopes
Floors sloped to drains and finished around equipment so water does not pool.
Hazard zones
Striped no-go areas around docks, racking ends, electrical panels and machinery.
Staging & storage
Pallet positions, staging lanes, 5S areas and location numbers.
Built to last
Coatings, not paint
Ordinary floor paint wears off in weeks under forklift traffic. We use epoxy and polyurea striping systems bonded to a prepared surface so lines stay sharp much longer.
Striping is done after hours or in sections so your operation keeps running.
