About Hardbond
Hardbond Inc. is a Toronto flooring contractor specializing in commercial and industrial epoxy, polyurethane and polished concrete systems. Since 2021 we have completed more than 1.1 million square feet of floors for entertainment venues, dealerships, clinics, warehouses and commercial spaces across the GTA, Ontario and abroad.
How we work
Specialists, not generalists
We only do floors. Our own crews prepare every slab properly, install commercial systems from manufacturers including Sika, Mapei, Ardex, Tremco and Sherwin-Williams, and finish on the schedule we put in writing. Every project is covered by $5 million liability insurance, active WSIB and a 3-year written warranty.
Every project has one project lead from the first site visit to the final walkthrough, so you always know who to call.

Site assessment
We walk the space, check slab condition and moisture, and ask about traffic, chemicals and how much downtime you can allow.

Written proposal
A fixed quote naming the system, thickness, schedule and warranty, ready for your facility team or GC.

Prep & install
Diamond grinding, crack and joint repair, then installation, phased and scheduled for nights or weekends where needed.
04
Walkthrough
Final inspection with your team, care instructions and the warranty in writing.
